Terms and Conditions – Wbotify 1. Introduction Welcome to Wbotify. By accessing or using our WhatsApp Business API platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. WhatsApp & Third-Party Compliance Wbotify operates in compliance with Meta (WhatsApp) policies. You acknowledge that: Your use of WhatsApp messaging is also subject to Meta’s terms Any violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension of your account Wbotify is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp/Meta against your account 5. Payments and Billing All fees must be paid as per the selected plan or agreement Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated Wbotify reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services 6. Data and Privacy Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you collect and process through Wbotify complies with applicable data protection laws. 7. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the Wbotify platform, including software, branding, and content, remain the property of Wbotify. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform. 8. Service Availability We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or technical issues. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Wbotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp or network providers Your use of the service is at your own risk 10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms You misuse the platform Required by law or regulatory authorities You may also stop using the service at any time. 11.
